The Initial Stage
The initial stage is removing paint marks and builders muck, plaster and silicone. It really all depends on the builders and the state the project has been left in. For example one build clean window took 20 minutes to clean another took 5 hours. Each job is different and requires a goods assessment but also client expectations.
